Unit Crest

The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally approved for the 32d Artillery Brigade on 28 April 1966.  It was redesignated for the 32d Army Air Defense Command on 15 July 1966.  The insignia was redesignated effective 16 October 1998, for the 32d Army Air and Missile Defense Command.

94th Air & Missile
Defense Command

The shoulder sleeve insignia was authorized on 29 June 1984.  Designated 94th Air Defense Artillery Brigade July 16, 1983 - Aug 15, 1998 and re-activated Aug 16, 2004 as 94th AMDC.
